Refund & Return Policy
At PurBlend Science, Inc. we stand behind our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at info@purblendscience.com or call 619.880.7872.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a description and photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
